I’m Carlton, a Growth & Development Strategist, speaker, and faith-based leader committed to helping people live with intention, lead with authenticity, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. My journey has been shaped by theological study, a disciplined upbringing, and life-altering experiences—including surviving three near-death events—that revealed the depth of God’s grace and the calling on my life. These encounters taught me that life isn’t about perfection, but about purpose, discipline, and daily surrender. With a background in both the military and ministry, I bring structure, integrity, and spiritual insight into everything I do—from my podcast *Genesis* to mentoring programs that equip men to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
